We offer a convenient online scheduling. We have a few different options for getting scheduled.

Need an earlier appointment?

We will do our best to accommodate everyone’s schedule’s. Please book the soonest available appointment that you see. In the note section, you can ask to be added to the WAITLIST. We will send out a text message with openings as they come available.

New Patients

If you are a NEW patient or have not been seen in the past 3 months, start here.

We will confirm your appointment within 24-48 hours via email.

Next, we will send you TWO online interactive forms. Filling these out in advance saves time at your appointment so we can focus on YOU. This also allows us to prepare in advance for your session. Please complete the forms within two days of receiving them. Remember to check your spam folder, just in case!

Making an appointment is easy! For our current clients and patients, you can book directly with your dietitian using our online scheduler. You can choose from the three options; self pay, insurance based appointments, or program visits (pre-paid already). If you have any issues, please call the office or send a message through the contact us page.

Non-Counseling Programs

We provide a few non-counseling programs and services. You can choose between the Get Moving Program, Meal Planning Program, and the Metabolic Testing. These services can be stand along, meaning you do not have to come in for education or counseling. You will still meet for a one-on-one with our dietitian or personal trainer to design your customized plan.

Cancelation Policy 

Our dietitians love working with our clients, and we want to make sure we can see everyone as soon as they want to be seen. Our 48-hour cancelation policy ensures that we have adequate time to fill your slot with someone on our waiting list. Canceling your appointment is easy! Simply decline the appointment through your appointment reminder. You can also cancel by calling our central scheduling line at 602-770-7611, or by sending us an email.

Where can services be provided?

We offer in-person and virtual visits

We have been conducting telehealth for over a decade and many of our clients love the convenience! Our telehealth visits are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. There is no software to download, and you can meet with a dietitian right from your phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. For more information, see our virtual appointment FAQs.
